These terms and conditions are entered into by and between Floatplanet Ltd (hereinafter: “Floatplanet”) and You (hereinafter: “the Customer”).
Float Planet offers one membership.
Membership is designed to give members frequent access to floating while protecting reasonable availability for everyone.
Members should only book sessions they reasonably intend to attend.
Repeated late cancellations, repeated no-shows, sharing membership access or booking behaviour that materially restricts availability for other members may result in booking restrictions, suspension or cancellation of membership.
Fair use does not restrict how frequently a member may float within the stated limit of one float per calendar day, provided bookings are attended and normal booking terms are followed.
Bookings must be cancelled or rearranged at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or the guest does not attend, the session will be treated as used.
For one-off bookings, packages and gift cards, the payment, session or credit associated with the booking will be lost.
Members do not purchase individual float sessions through the membership. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions, suspension or cancellation of membership under the Fair Use terms above.
If Float Planet has to cancel a session through no fault of the customer, the customer will not lose their payment, package credit, gift card value or membership entitlement.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
We aim to ensure prices displayed on the website are current at all times.
The minimum age to float is 16 years old.
We welcome all email enquiries and will endeavour to respond to all of them within 24 hours.
While every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all content on the website, some errors may occur and Float Planet is not liable for any perceived inaccuracies.
Your details will not be shared with any 3rd parties by Float Planet.
Please inform Float Planet of all health conditions. If you have a heart condition or wear a pacemaker, asthma, allergies (particularly to salt, chlorine or magnesium), or very low blood pressure – we recommend that you seek approval from a medical practitioner before floating.
If you are pregnant and wanting to float we always advise talking with your midwife/doctor first as each individual has different medical backgrounds.
While we try to ensure the customer experience is flawless at Float Planet, should you have any complaints, please mention it at the reception on the day or drop us an email.
We will endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours and work the issue through to a satisfactory conclusion.
